With a collaborative environment, diverse project portfolio, and entrepreneurial culture, professionals are empowered to take ownership of their work and accelerate their careers.Job DescriptionSupport process engineering projects from concept through startup and commissioning.Develop engineering calculations, process designs, and technical documentation including PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specifications, and design basis documents.Perform equipment sizing and selection for pumps, vessels, heat exchangers, control valves, and related process systems.Partner with multidisciplinary teams, clients, vendors, and contractors to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions.Provide on-site support during construction, installation, commissioning, and startup activities at the project site.Troubleshoot process issues, evaluate system performance, and identify opportunities to improve safety, reliability, and efficiency.Conduct field investigations and gather operational data to support process improvements and capital projects.Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, client requirements, and engineering best practices.Build strong client relationships while contributing to successful project execution and long-term business growth.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
