What You'll Do as a Materials Coordinator – 1st Shift:

• Maintain accurate inventory visibility and material tracking throughout the facility
• Monitor material locations, quantities, and staging statuses
• Coordinate material movement to support production schedules
• Identify and communicate material shortages that may impact operations
• Work closely with Production and other departments to ensure material readiness
• Assist with inventory audits and inventory control processes
• Support receiving, staging, and shipping activities as needed

What You Need to Bring to the Materials Coordinator – 1st Shift Role:

• Previous inventory, materials, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with production and operations teams
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory tracking systems preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical duties throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Reliable transportation to Dayton, MN
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English
