    Description

    The Marketing Specialist I supports business unit leadership by providing analytical insights, performance reporting, budgeting support, and market research. This position is responsible for evaluating product and business performance, developing reporting tools, supporting strategic initiatives, and assisting with the planning and execution of marketing programs that align with organizational objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and support marketing strategies and programs for products or product lines.
    • Evaluate product and business performance to identify trends and support the development of client goals and business objectives.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, emerging trends, and process improvements.
    • Provide recommendations for enhancements to product development, operational processes, and business practices.
    • Partner with sales and business teams to address product-related concerns and support customer needs.
    • Access customer and business systems to generate reports and analyses for business unit leaders and stakeholders.
    • Complete assigned projects and analytical initiatives that support organizational priorities and leadership objectives.
    • Prepare clear, accurate, and professional presentations for leadership, business partners, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Track, maintain, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), scorecards, and business metrics.
    • Support budget development, forecasting, financial tracking, and related analytical activities.
    • Develop, maintain, and enhance databases, models, dashboards, and reporting tools while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis, market conditions, and business performance.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis, marketing, operations, finance, or a related field.
    • Working knowledge of business analysis, marketing principles, reporting tools, budgeting processes, and performance measurement.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Experience working with databases, reporting tools, and business systems preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences.
