About This Role:
Key Accountabilities:
1. Execute Marketing Campaigns
Serve as project manager, consultant and production resource driving marketing campaigns and projects for marketing strategy, integrated marketing, and vertical teams in order to achieve established account growth/balance/spend goals and objectives as well as campaign execution goals.
2. Build and maintain technical knowledge of campaigns, promos, offers, and production specs
3. Continually build and maintain deep and complete knowledge of the business, processes and technical specificities by partner as related to marketing campaigns/promotions. Solely responsible to ensure flawless execution and no errors in campaign functionality.
4. Develop projects and execution of programs to improve the Customer Experience and how customers engage with us.
5. Manage and evaluate marketing calendars at a partner and overall level to ensure execution effectiveness
6. Oversee Marketing Campaign Governance
7. BSA Compliance: Understand and comply with the Bank's BSA/AML Program, which includes, but is not limited to the following: (Ongoing)
8. Takes on additional team support tasks to continually improve work quality or customer experience. Continuing to build knowledge of the company, processes and customers.
The Ideal Candidate for This Role:
Knowledge, Skills, Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business, marketing, project management or process management
Ability to work, communicate and collaborate in a team setting, while managing time and projects independently and proactively
Inclination to take initiative to solve problems
Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Thrive in a fast-moving environment with high tolerance for change
Ability to handle stress and meet deadlines
Desired:
1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing design, project management, advertising agency traffic or equivalent preferred
Project Management Certification or desire to become certified
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
Compensation:
Compensation range (base pay): $81,662.00-$134,741.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
Work Environment:
It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week. As part of our team, you'll experience the energy and relationship-building of face-to-face collaboration while still enjoying the flexibility of remote workdays. We provide the tools and technology to ensure seamless transitions between work environments, supporting your productivity wherever you are. Please note that work location is subject to change based on business needs.
