Job Description
An experienced B2B Marketing Manager who develops and executes demand generation and account‑based marketing (ABM) programs to strengthen Visa's leadership in Value-Added Services. Being part of the VAS marketing team, working closely with Sales, Product, Field, and Commercial teams, the role delivers integrated, cohesive initiatives in key regions around the world.
This role is part of a global organization, success requires a regional mindset and a deep understanding of local business environments. This is an individual contributor position that partners across global teams while driving outcomes and building relationships within the assigned region.

This position is a Hybrid role to be based in our Austin, TX office location. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
5+ years of B2B Marketing experience and proven ability to drive demand and revenue growth through integrated marketing programs, ideally within financial services, payments, or SaaS industries.
A curious mindset coupled with knowledge in using AI tools to drive strategic, efficient outputs.
Expertise in campaign management, account-based marketing, and content development.
Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
Demonstrable experience managing relationships with partners, suppliers, and vendors.
Familiarity with the marketing tech stack (sales and marketing automation and measurement tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Eloqua, Demandbase, and Google Analytics)
Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing performance reporting and data-driven decision making.
Experience in agile ways of working preferred.

For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $121,100.00 to $ 193,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
