Summary:
The Marketing Manager for SIM & PC Categories plays a key role in driving Turtle Beach's most significant growth opportunity across simulation and PC gaming. This position blends brand leadership with cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent, creative execution across every touchpoint.
This leader will not only oversee 360 brand planning and go-to-market execution but also serve as the connective tissue across Brand, Entertainment, Retail, Partnerships, and Experiential, translating positioning into culture-driving opportunities that grow brand relevance and fandom.
This leader will bring a proven track record in project management and a strong understanding of the importance of meeting key dates and milestones. PC gaming experience is preferred, but most important is a genuine passion for learning simulation and PC gaming products, as well as the consumer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Brand Leadership & Category Management
- Lead day-to-day brand management for assigned categories (SIM & PC peripherals).
- Own full 360 brand planning from insights and positioning through to brief development, go-to-market readiness, and activation.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Creative, and Media teams to ensure strategic alignment and commercial readiness.
- Strong Project Management skillset including managing timelines, deliverables, and budget tied to product launch cycles and integrated campaigns.
- Works closely with the Director of Brand Marketing to ensure PC and simulation products align with the broader product portfolio.
- Develop clear and inspiring creative briefs rooted in audience insight, brand ambition, and category opportunity.
Integration & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as the PC and SIM integration lead between Brand, Partnerships, Content and Experiential teams, ensuring ideas and activations ladder up to a cohesive brand narrative and KPI objectives.
- Work together with the Executive Creative Director and Head of Production to bring entertainment and experiential initiatives to life. Including how it translates to product marketing.
- Partners with Sales leadership to support and execute retail marketing opportunities.
- Ensure alignment between influencer, PR, and social storytelling efforts to maximize cultural reach and earned impact.
Partnership & Entertainment Alignment
- Partner with internal creative partners to activate Turtle Beach across key creators and influencers.
- Translate partnerships and cultural collaborations into cohesive marketing plans that drive awareness and fandom tied to your products.
- Build and manage relationships with partners and cross-agency teams to ensure brand integrity and seamless integration across all executions.
Measurement & Optimization
- Track campaign performance against KPIs including brand health, awareness, engagement, and earned media outcomes.
- Collaborate with insights and analytics to inform future campaign planning and optimization.
- Maintain a clear feedback loop across teams to continuously elevate creative and operational performance.
Education/Experience/Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, integrated marketing, ideally within gaming, consumer tech, or lifestyle categories.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Proven success leading multi-channel go-to-market plans and cross-functional brand programs.
- Strong understanding of gaming, entertainment, and fan culture, with the ability to connect brand strategy to cultural relevance.
- Experience managing agencies and creative partners, with an eye for both strategic alignment and executional excellence.
- Highly collaborative and proactive, with the ability to influence without direct authority across multiple teams.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
