As our Marketing Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution across campaigns, content, events, and brand visibility—partnering closely with Sales and using data to keep us focused on what works.
With 55+ years in staffing and workforce solutions—and recognition as a Best Places to Work and Best Staffing Firms award winner—we’re serious about results and culture: safety first, doing the right thing, being unusually helpful, moving with urgency, and delivering.
What you’ll do
- Build the strategy: develop and implement integrated marketing plans that align with company goals and sales objectives.
- Partner with Sales: support business development with presentations, community event opportunities, and sales-driven projects.

- Own high-impact events: plan and execute annual events, including three HR-focused seminars (60–100+ registrants each) and one executive keynote seminar (200+ registrants), managing logistics, invitations, registration, and post-event campaigns.
- Show up in the community: strengthen local presence through sponsorships, awards submissions, and local initiatives.
- Turn insights into authority: lead the development and publication of 10 annual labor market intelligence reports by leveraging internal data, external research, and proprietary candidate and employer surveys.
- Keep the website current: maintain and update website content in WordPress; collaborate with external vendors for advanced development needs.
