About the Role

JETSET Pilates is opening a new studio in Georgetown, and we''re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the local community-building and marketing efforts that will help launch the studio and establish JETSET as part of the Georgetown community.

This is a highly hands-on, relationship-driven role. You''ll spend your time building local partnerships, generating leads, creating community events, growing our social presence, and turning local awareness into future JETSET clients.

The majority of the role will be based in Georgetown, with approximately 15% supporting marketing and community growth at our established Arboretum studio.

What You''ll Do

• Build and manage relationships with local businesses, wellness providers, community organizations, influencers, and other strategic partners.
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives, including pop-ups, tabling, JETSET On The Mat events, and other community activations.
• Generate and nurture leads through partnerships, events, social media, and grassroots outreach.
• Grow JETSET''s local Instagram and Meta presence through content, engagement, partnerships, and community storytelling.
• Manage lead communication and follow-up through AXLE, including supporting pre-sales and Founding Membership growth.
• Develop and execute email campaigns to prospective clients and leads.
• Identify opportunities to increase JETSET''s visibility and presence throughout the Georgetown and North Austin communities.
• Support select marketing initiatives, partnerships, and events for JETSET Pilates Austin Arboretum.
• Track marketing and community-building activity and use results to identify opportunities for growth.

• Comfortable with lead generation and sales conversations.
• Passionate about fitness, wellness, hospitality, and community.
• Willing to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and activations.

$50,000 - $80,000 a year

Paid Time Off

Prior fitness or Pilates experience is not required. Experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, events, hospitality, sales, social media, or community building is a plus.
