Description

Title: Marketing Manager - Mortgages
Duration: 6 months, potential for extension or conversion
Location: Buffalo, NY (4 days on-site)

 


OVERVIEW

Drives the design, execution, and evaluation of strategic marketing and communication initiatives. Translates internal business unit goals into impactful campaigns that strengthen the bank’s brand identity and deliver measurable business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Strategy & Conceptualization: Partner with business leaders to identify promotional and communication needs, crafting compelling campaign themes and messaging aligned with organizational goals.

  • End-to-End Project Execution: Lead all phases of marketing projects from initial brief through design, launch, and implementation.

  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate campaign effectiveness, analyze ROI metrics, and present actionable insights to guide future marketing strategies.

  • Budget & Resource Management: Assist in building and managing campaign budgets, maximizing resource allocation.

  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Direct project teams to ensure all deliverables stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with core business objectives.

  • Risk, Compliance & Governance: Maintain strict adherence to corporate risk policies, internal controls, and regulatory standards, proactively escalating potential issues to leadership.

  • Audit & Control Management: Ensure swift resolution of internal/external audit findings and regulatory recommendations.

  • Culture & Values Advocacy: Champion an inclusive, diverse workplace culture that reflects organizational values.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experience leading marketing campaigns in a corporate or agency setting (or an equivalent combination of education and related experience).
