Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the overall existing marketing needs of a brokerage team balancing a considerable volume of consistent weekly business demands.  Must be dependable, organized, detail oriented, flexible, creative, and able to work independently. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator must have Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, & Excel experience, have exceptional follow-through, and possess excellent written/verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to multitask and efficiently prioritize under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

This position will support a Senior Agent in the Orlando office.

The base hourly range for this role is $20 - $25.00 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. Responsibilities

• Prepare offering memorandums and property proposals utilizing PowerPoint / Adobe Creative Suite
• Design, initiate and manage the distribution of all email and social media marketing campaigns for Broker's property listings.
• Input, update, and maintain property listings across third-party marketing platforms ensuring accuracy and consistency of listing information.
• Develop template or semi-custom pitches & presentations.
• Lead the production of several different print marketing materials including brochures, advertising, presentations, proposals that stay consistent with corporate branding.
• Utilize research tools to create factual marketing materials.

May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 1-3 years of content marketing experience and production graphic design
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or graphic design
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong design aesthetic, including creative design solutions within the digital/web constraints.
• Strong proofreading and quality control skills, particularly with numbers, dates, names, addresses, and financial information.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of assignments and follow tasks through completion with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft clear, polished, and professional marketing and client facing materials.
• Advanced Proficiency with full-service marketing and/or email distribution programs (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Constant Contact, Canva, etc.)
• Ability to work under pressure, deal with multiple deadlines and effectively handle stressful situations.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
• Familiarity in working within a style guide and brand.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational and prioritization skills.
