The Marketing Coordinator will help develop clear, polished, and visually consistent materials that support competitive pursuits, firm communications, and ongoing business development initiatives. The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe InDesign, and is comfortable coordinating multiple deadlines, working with technical staff, and producing accurate, high-quality materials in a deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities:
Manage the firm s formal RFP and proposal process, including preparing qualifications packages, compiling full proposals, coordinating technical content with firm leadership and technical staff, and producing polished submissions.
Track open opportunities, business development pursuits, pipeline activity, and the firm s soft backlog.
Develop interview materials and presentations for shortlisted pursuits.
Write, edit, and maintain technical marketing content, including project descriptions, employee resumes, firm qualifications, service descriptions, and proposal narratives.
Maintain and update the firm s marketing collateral, proposal templates, marketing resources, and brand standards.
Design brochures, presentation decks, flyers, project sheets, and other marketing materials.
Manage and update the firm s website, including project pages, leadership team bios, and service information.
Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, email communications, and other digital marketing channels.
Help coordinate company events, recruiting events, tabling materials, and related marketing support.
Support the firm s AI integration efforts to improve workflows and internal efficiencies.
Collaborate with firm leadership, technical staff, and business development team members to gather information, manage deadlines, and produce accurate, high-quality marketing materials.
