Create and coordinate proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and other business development materials. Support pursuit activities by managing deadlines, schedules, content collection, and document production. Coordinate project photography, including planning shot lists, scheduling photographers, and managing project budgets and invoices. Capture and develop project stories, milestones, team achievements, and client success stories for marketing purposes. Maintain and organize digital marketing assets, project photography libraries, and content databases. Develop content for social media channels, internal communications, and brand awareness campaigns. Assist with industry events, client engagement initiatives, community outreach activities, and award submissions. Ensure all marketing materials align with corporate branding standards and quality expectations. Utilize technology and AI-enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency and content development processes. Collaborate with marketing, business development, project teams, and leadership to support company growth objectives. Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
