Job title: Marketing Manager
Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Rate: $40-$45/hr on w2 - without benefits

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing strategy or marketing planning
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- 2 years of experience in Consumer Marketing, Talent Marketing, or Recruitment Marketing
- Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in account management
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience working within a Fortune 500 company
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support the translation of business objectives, audience insights, and market trends into cohesive go-to-market strategies
- Leverage experience across marketing channels to execute data-backed strategies that drive results
- Build effective relationships with peers, partners, and leaders
- Drive projects from intent to action by collaborating with diverse resources
