Job Title: Art Director
Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Rate: $35- $40/hr on w2 - without benefits

We are looking for a creative visionary who can develop compelling brand identities and visual brand systems across various channels, including social media, print, and web. Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or military experience
3 years of professional design experience, including working across a wide range of marketing channels
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
Portfolio of relevant work, with descriptions of your creative strategy (Creative portfolio is required to be considered)
Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience in one or more of the following industries: luxury, travel, finance
Experience creating, maintaining, and operating within enterprise-level design standards
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Create strategic work that cuts through the noise and adapts to varying briefs and business goals
Collaborate with team members and partners to drive brand consistency and recognition
Manage multiple deadlines for various projects, delivering high-quality and error-free work
