Marketing Campaign Manager – Cardholder Marketing Execution

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Pay Rate: $41.30 - $51.30/hour

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Ability to extend and convert based on performance and budget

About the Opportunity

The Fountain Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to support the execution of cardholder marketing programs for a leading national retail and financial services organization. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end campaign delivery across digital and offline channels while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and on-time execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campaign management, marketing operations, and Workfront, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

  • Minimum 4+ years of Marketing experience
  • Minimum 4+ years of Campaign Management experience
  • Minimum 4+ years of Workfront experience
  • Proven experience executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

  • Execute cardholder marketing initiatives across key customer lifecycle stages, including activation, engagement, retention, and loyalty programs.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery from intake through launch and post-launch completion.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on schedule, and aligned with business objectives.

Multi-Channel Marketing

  • Coordinate campaign execution across multiple channels, including:
    • Email Marketing
    • Direct Mail
    • Digital Marketing Placements
    • Client-Owned Marketing Channels

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Creative, Digital, Analytics, Technology, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to drive campaign execution.
  • Coordinate project timelines, dependencies, approvals, and deliverables across stakeholders.

Workflow & Project Management

  • Manage campaign workflows within Workfront.
  • Document campaign requirements and project plans.
  • Coordinate creative trafficking, review cycles, approvals, and production handoffs.
  • Track project status and ensure timely completion of all milestones.

Creative Development Support

  • Coordinate asset collection and creative development activities.
  • Manage revisions, approvals, and routing processes with internal and external creative teams.
  • Ensure all creative assets meet brand standards and project requirements.

Compliance & Operational Controls

  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and client standards.
  • Maintain documentation and audit trails for campaign reviews and approvals.
  • Adhere to established operational controls and governance processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting financial services, retail credit card, banking, or loyalty marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance review processes for marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working within highly regulated industries.
  • Experience using enterprise marketing workflow and approval processes.
