This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to launch a career in marketing, brand management, or event coordination with one of the most respected brands in the country.

This role can be full-time, part-time, or internship-based, depending on experience and availability.

Position Overview

You will lead local marketing efforts, coordinate store and community events, build partnerships with schools and businesses, and create campaigns that drive traffic and increase check average — all while strengthening relationships with our guests and team.

If full-time, this role will also support Operations as needed to maintain connection with day-to-day restaurant flow.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate community pop-ups and brand activations
  • Manage event calendars and promotional timelines
  • Oversee decorations and store atmosphere for seasonal campaigns

Marketing & Promotions

  • Create creative contests and promotions to increase check average
  • Maintain point-of-purchase materials and promotional displays
  • Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials
  • Assist with social media content creation and campaign ideas
  • Track results and measure campaign effectiveness

Team & Guest Experience

  • Build camaraderie and excitement among the team
  • Help create a culture that feels fun, energetic, and welcoming
  • Be a visible, enthusiastic presence in the restaurant

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Energetic and comfortable being the “face” of the brand
  • Creative thinker who enjoys brainstorming new ideas
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects
  • Self-starter who takes initiative
  • Comfortable networking and introducing yourself to local business leaders
  • Social media savvy (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Marketing, Communications, Business, or Event Planning background preferred (not required)

Schedule Options

Full-Time:

  • 35–40 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends for events
  • Will support Operations as needed

Part-Time or Internship:

  • 15–25 hours per week
  • Great for college students or recent graduates
  • Hands-on marketing experience

What You’ll Gain

  • Real-world marketing and brand management experience
  • Event planning and community relations experience
  • Networking opportunities with local leaders and organizations
  • Leadership development and coaching
