- Showcase your commitment to people-focused leadership by recognizing achievements, mentoring future stars, and motivating your team to reach new heights.
The Day-to-Day:
- Provides leadership to Area Coaches and Sr. Area Coaches to ensure exceptional customer experiences across diverse restaurants.
- Guides Area Coaches to achieve profit goals and flow-thru targets, using reports to identify opportunities and enforce operational procedures for optimal results.
- Coaches and trains management on operational excellence, supports national training initiatives, and ensures quality training processes for team and managers.
- Oversees and maintains management staffing levels, drives to full staffing, and monitors for sales seasonality.
- Ensures strict adherence to OSHA standards, local health and safety codes, and company policies on safety and security.
- Leads market-wide recognition and motivation efforts, acknowledging contributions from team members.
- Maintains a safe environment for both employees and customers without compromise.
- Handles employee relations issues proactively, participates in hiring/firing decisions, and addresses chronic Repair & Maintenance issues by identifying trends and collaborating with R&M partners.
Minimum Requirements
Is This You?
- 4-year College or University degree preferred, but not mandatory.
- Minimum 8 years of operational management in a high-sales, Fortune 500 environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Proficient in business math, accounting, and analytical decision-making.
- Track record of success in selecting, coaching, and developing managerial staff.
- Proven ability to enhance customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee engagement.
- Ability to work flexible hours and in restaurants for at least 30 hours per week.
- Ambition and capability to take on increasingly strategic roles within the organization
