    Manufacturing Supervisor (First Line Leader: 3rd Shift 9:30pm to 6:0am)

    As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading our 3rd shift operations, guiding a team of 5 to 10 production employees while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement remain at the forefront of everything we do. This is more than a supervisory role. It is an opportunity to influence culture, motivate a team, and help shape the future of our operations.

    What You'll Do

    As a trusted leader on the production floor, you will:

    • Inspire and develop a team of production employees, fostering a safe, collaborative, and high-performing culture.
    • Lead daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery goals.
    • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, encouraging employees to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and create better ways of working.
    • Coach and mentor team members through performance feedback, recognition, and development opportunities.
    • Drive accountability while supporting employee engagement and growth.
    • Partner with site leadership to align shift objectives with broader business goals.
    • Lead problem-solving efforts and support EHS and Quality investigations when needed.
    • Monitor production performance, staffing, and operating costs to ensure optimal results.
    • Promote a culture of safety, operational excellence, inclusion, and teamwork.

    What Makes You Successful

    You are a people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You lead by example, communicate effectively, and know how to engage and motivate a team while delivering results.

    We'd Love to See:

    • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
    • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
    • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
    • A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
    • Comfort with computer systems and manufacturing technologies
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
