Lead and develop the manufacturing engineering team, providing coaching, mentorship, and technical guidance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.

Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to support business objectives and customer requirements.

Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Environmental Health & Safety, and Human Resources teams to align manufacturing goals and priorities.

Support new product introduction activities and lead the successful transition from prototype to full-scale production.

Serve as the primary technical resource for manufacturing engineering challenges and complex production issues.

Oversee process documentation, manufacturing standards, and compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Champion Lean, Six Sigma, automation, and advanced manufacturing methodologies to improve performance.

Evaluate production metrics and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop and execute strategic engineering plans that enhance manufacturing capabilities and support business growth.

Foster a culture centered on safety, innovation, accountability, and teamwork.

10+ years of engineering leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Hands-on expertise supporting CNC machining, fabrication, assembly, precision manufacturing, or related processes.

Proven experience leading engineering teams and developing technical talent.

Demonstrated success driving process improvements, operational excellence, and manufacturing optimization initiatives.

Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee complex projects from concept through implementation.

Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Strong business acumen with the ability to prioritize initiatives, manage risk, and drive results.

Experience with manufacturing and engineering software platforms such as SolidWorks, ERP systems, and Microsoft tools.
