Title : Manufacturing Engineer -Windchill
Location : North Haven, CT | Onsite

Job Summary

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, layouts, tooling, machining, equipment, and assembly.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, process capability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
• Configure and support Windchill PLM, including workflows, lifecycles, attributes, and integrations.
• Support ERP/CAD/MES integrations, Agile PLM, product data, and engineering change management.
• Ensure process validation, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 4+ years Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Strong Windchill PLM configuration/implementation experience.
• Manufacturing, tooling, machining, assembly, and process improvement experience.
• SPC, Lean/Six Sigma, RCA, and process capability knowledge.
• Medical device/regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
