Job Details

As a CNC Programmer, you will drive programming and process optimization for complex aerospace parts while the facility undergoes major technology upgrades. Your work will influence how new machines, tooling, and workflows are rolled out, giving you a visible impact on efficiency, quality, and future growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and optimize 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC programs in Siemens NX
  • Select tooling, set speeds and feeds, and establish cutting strategies
  • Perform simulations, prove-outs, and troubleshooting to ensure first-article success
  • Develop setup sheets and process documentation that meet AS9100 standards
  • Reduce cycle times and lead continuous-improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and supply-chain teams during equipment ramp-up

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of CNC programming experience, minimum 3-axis
  • Proficiency in Siemens NX (Unigraphics) (preferred) or Mastercam and strong GD&T skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build programs from scratch and understand tooling and materials
