    Manufacturing engineer - WA - June2025 - 1313

    Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and optimize the production of their thermal protection and sealing systems. The successful candidate will work on improving manufacturing processes, enhancing product quality, and ensuring production efficiency in compliance with safety and environmental standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes for insulation, coatings and sealing products.

    • Evaluate and optimize workflows involving advanced materials like Silicone, Kevlar, Fiberglass, Ceramic, and Carbon.

    • Contribute to the industrialization of new products, ensuring manufacturability and process scalability.

    • Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues and introduce continuous improvements.

    • Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and technical instructions.

    • Analyze data to support cost reduction, energy efficiency, and emission control initiatives.

    • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.

    • Experience with or strong knowledge of high-performance materials is highly desirable.

    • Proficiency in CAD tools and process analysis software.

    • Strong analytical skills and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.

    • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
