    Job Description:
    Position Summary:
    The Manufacturing Engineer – Project Support is responsible for supporting active aerospace manufacturing projects through process planning, production readiness, documentation control, and cross-functional coordination. This role works closely with project, quality, operations, and engineering teams to ensure deliverables are executed on schedule and in compliance with manufacturing and regulatory requirements.

    Support manufacturing deliverables for current projects, including process definition, readiness planning, and issue resolution;
    coordinate with project managers, operations, quality, and engineering teams to ensure timely execution of project milestones;
    develop and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions, process plans, and related technical records;
    identify and resolve production issues affecting schedule, quality, or readiness;
    participate in risk tracking, action item closure, and continuous improvement initiatives related to project execution.
    Required Qualifications:

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Work Arrangement / Engagement Notes:
    This role is expected to support on-site manufacturing and project activities, with potential for extension based on business need and project load.
