    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
    " Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline
    " Basic understanding of CAD software such as Siemens NX, CREO, Pro Engineer, or Solidworks (Experience: 3 years)
    " Experience working in production manufacturing environment (Experience: 3 years)
    " The candidate must be a US citizen

    DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
    " Working knowledge and experience using MES, PLM, and ERP systems (Experience: 3 years)
    " Experience with small parts assembly operation including precision pin installation, rivet install, helicoils, etc. (Experience: 3 years)
    " Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) interpretation skills (Experience: 3 years)
    " Experience utilizing CREO or NX for CAD (Experience: 3 years)
    " Experience working with MIL-SPEC and industry standard special processes (chem-film, anodize, passivation, organic coatings, plating, heat treatment, etc.) (Experience: 3 years)
    " Experience with paint application and masking processes for components and assemblies (metallic and composite) (Experience: 2 years)
    " Knowledge of precision measuring tools, gauges, and equipment (Experience: 3 years)
    " Experience with implementing automation manuacturing solutions (Not required, nice to have)
    " Experience with 3D Printing (Experience: 2 years)
    " Experience with chemistry, including execution of titrations, pH analysis, large volume plating line evaluation and troubleshooting (Not required, nice to have)
    " Familiarity with ISO9000 and AS9100 industry standards, and common military specifications (Experience: 3 years)
