REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: • Experienced user of Computer Aided (CAD) software – 2+ yrs professional experience • Working experience utilizing CAM software – 2+ yrs professional experience • Working experience with G-code – 2+ yrs professional experience • Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) interpretation skills – 2+ yrs professional experience • Knowledge of precision measuring tools, gauges, and equipment. – 2+ yrs professional experience • General understanding of Mil-Spec special processes (heat treatment, chem-film, anodize, passivation, organic coatings, etc.). 1+ yrs of professional experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. – 2+ yrs professional experience DESIRED EXPERIENCE: • Experience utilizing CREO or NX for CAD • Experience utilizing CREO or NX for CAM • Experience with chem film, paint applications and other special processes. • Experience utilizing Vericut • Familiarity with ISO9000 and AS9100 industry standards, and common military specifications. • Effective project management. • SAP • Apriso • Windchill PLM • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for creating efficient production workflows, integrating new technologies, and ensuring high quality manufacturing outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts.
• Integrate automation, robotics, and computer aided manufacturing software to improve efficiency.
• Create and analyze 3D model data to optimize work instructions and process flows.
• Evaluate equipment performance, including IoT devices, and initiate corrective actions.
• Utilize factory data to develop statistical process control and continuous improvement analytics.
