Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in supporting the transition of new products from design into manufacturing while driving process improvements across production operations. Working closely with engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams, the successful candidate will help establish efficient, repeatable, and high-quality production processes while providing hands-on support to resolve manufacturing challenges.

  • Support new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing readiness activities.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, BOMs, and routings.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects focused on quality, throughput, cost, and ergonomics.
  • Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing process enhancements.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer with experience supporting electro-mechanical or capital equipment manufacturing environments. They will possess strong problem-solving skills, a practical understanding of shop floor operations, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions to improve manufacturing performance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a relevant industry.
  • Experience supporting production activities in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Exposure to ISO-regulated or quality-driven manufacturing environments preferred.
