Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in improving equipment performance, troubleshooting production challenges, supporting product quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This individual will spend significant time on the shop floor working directly with production, maintenance, and quality teams to identify issues, resolve problems, and implement long-term solutions that improve reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Troubleshoot and improve manufacturing equipment, processes, and production systems.
  • Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
  • Support equipment modifications, installations, upgrades, and commissioning activities.
  • Analyze production and downtime data to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Partner with quality and production teams to maintain product standards and process controls.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on engineer with experience supporting manufacturing operations and solving complex equipment or process challenges. They will possess strong mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to improving reliability, efficiency, and quality in a production environment.

  • 3+ years of manufacturing, process, mechanical, or industrial engineering experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities across mechanical systems and manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, gearboxes, pumps, sensors, and related systems.
  • Exposure to PLCs, VFDs, controls, and electrical troubleshooting is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and problem ownership.
