Resourceful and independent operations engineering asset, responsible for supporting the creation and maintenance of consistent manufacturing processes with a focus on quality and repeatability in a low volume, high mix manufacturing environment. Manages small to medium sized continuous improvement projects in support of the operations team. Investigate, gain buy-in, and implement new production processes and equipment into existing and new product manufacturing. Employee will coordinate with various Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Purchasing departments to ensure efficient manufacturability of products. Engages in new and varied complex work situations with limited supervision. Investigates and integrates industry leading developments, methods, and trends in support of improvements for operations.
