Manufacturing Associate

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will operate different machinery to assemble and manufacture products, use small hand tools, clean and inspect parts, disassemble returned units, and keep the work area clean. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.

Adecco is hiring immediately Manufacturing Associates for a client in Arlington, VT. Manufacturing Associates do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with starting pay at $18.00 - $20.00/hr., plus available overtime. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will operate different machinery to assemble and manufacture products, use small hand tools, clean and inspect parts, disassemble returned units, and keep the work area clean. 
 
Requirements: 

• High School Diploma/GED

• Must have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience

• A strong work ethic and great attendance

• Ability to perform physical labor consistently

• Ability to stand for the entire shift 

• Ability to lift 50lbs.

• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs

Available Shifts: 

Please not some overtime may be required

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday - 7AM-3PM

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday - 3PM-11PM

• 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday - 11PM-7AM
