Description

  • Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and effective production activities.
  • Develop and implement production schedules that align with customer demand and business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and production personnel.
  • Monitor manufacturing performance through analysis of operational metrics and production data.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards, procedures, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, logistics, and other functional teams to optimize operational performance.
  • Communicate production results, challenges, and improvement plans to senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, profitability, and overall operational effectiveness.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred, or an Associate's degree combined with relevant industry experience.
  • Approximately 10 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership or production management role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Project management experience with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement operational improvements.
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Eligibility to work in accordance with applicable export control regulations.
