Our client located in Greenfield, MA is looking for a Manufacturing Accounting Manager to lead their growing team!

Your qualifications for the Manufacturing Accounting Manager position are as follows:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a management role
  • Experience with accounting systems and advanced MS Office Suite skills
  • Proven analytical and process improvement abilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to maintain high attention to detail and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Benefits you will receive as the Manufacturing Accounting Manager:
 
  • $85K-$100K/year, depending on experience, plus profit sharing
  • Full-time, direct-hire opportunity
For the Manufacturing Accounting Manager position your duties will include:
 
  • Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members
  • Oversee accounts receivable and payable, project accounting, and treasury functions
  • Manage close, reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger
  • Prepare financial reports
  • Support multi-entity accounting and consolidations
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
  • Work cross-functionally to support business operations
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and internal controls
  • Other tasks as assigned
