Mandarin-Speaking Office Manager
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and organized Mandarin-Speaking Office Manager to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage financial and administrative tasks while supporting cross-departmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain internal financial reports and KPI tracking.
Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial documentation.
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows.
Maintain records, databases, and internal documentation.
Support executive scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups.
Serve as a liaison between U.S. teams and international leadership.
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, attendance tracking, and HR documentation.
Track project deadlines, deliverables, and action items.
Coordinate across departments to ensure timely project execution.
Provide light support for marketing, operations, or special projects as needed.
Requirements
Education requirement is a Bachelor's Degree.
