A leading global investment and financial services organization is seeking a Manager, Treasury Management & Transformation to join its Treasury team in the NYC metro area. This is a highly visible opportunity to lead a major Treasury technology transformation, with primary ownership of a Kyriba implementation and responsibility for becoming the organization's long-term Kyriba subject matter expert.

The role combines Treasury systems, project management, transformation, and hands-on technical ownership. The successful candidate will lead system configuration and administration, develop integrations and data flows, manage implementation partners, and translate Treasury requirements into scalable technology solutions. Following implementation, the individual will continue to own Kyriba while taking on broader Treasury transformation and operational responsibilities.

The position offers a $180, 000 $200, 000 base salary plus approximately 15 20% bonus, with flexibility for an exceptional candidate. The role is hybrid, with three days per week onsite in Stamford, CT preferred, with Jersey City also considered. This is an opportunity to take significant ownership of a high-profile transformation while building a broader career within Treasury.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the implementation, configuration, architecture, and administration of Kyriba.
• Become the internal subject matter expert and long-term owner of the Treasury Management System.
• Design and maintain data flows between Kyriba, ERP platforms, banks, and other financial systems.
• Manage system integrations, bank connectivity, workflows, user access, and Treasury-related configurations.
• Translate Treasury business requirements into effective system designs and scalable technology solutions.
• Lead Treasury transformation projects focused on automation, controls, efficiency, and process improvement.
• Develop project plans, timelines, governance processes, stakeholder communications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Manage external consultants and implementation partners, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and quality.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, Tax, Legal, and other functions on cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual Treasury processes and improve reporting and controls.
• Present project status, system roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior management.
• Following implementation, expand into broader Treasury responsibilities including cash management, forecasting, bank account structures, and Treasury operations.
