Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree. Two years of progressively responsible experience in fiscal management, budget development, or contract administration to include supervisory experience are required.

The Financial Services Manager position will be responsible for the day-to-day budgetary, fiscal and auditing support of the Special Assessment Districts program. This position serves as the Division's primary budget resource by preparing executive-level financial reports, business plans, strategic analyses, ordinance support documents, presentations, and performance scorecards for Division leadership, the Department Director's Office, County Administration, community stakeholders, and elected officials. Key responsibilities include coordinating the annual budget development process; reviewing revenues, expenditures, reserves, fund balances, and assessment rates; identifying fiscal risks; recommending corrective measures; and ensuring compliance with County financial policies, budget procedures, and applicable ordinances.
