Practice Operations Management oversees the business and administrative operations of a medical practice.
The Practice Managementjob family is responsible for staffing, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and property management with a goal of optimizing patient care, operational efficiency, and financial viability.
Responsibilities
Manage daily clinic or department operations.
Ensure efficient patient flow and service delivery.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
Monitor productivity and operational performance.
Recruit, train, and supervise medical and administrative staff.
Schedule employees and manage staffing needs.
Conduct performance evaluations.
Address employee and patient concerns
Qualifications
Proven experience in clinic or healthcare management, required
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field preferred.
Oncology experience, highly desired
