    MANAGER NEONATAL SALES (Senior sales role to start) - MIDWEST

    Location: Remote, (IL Preferred)

    Travel: ~50% domestic, ~25% international

    What You'll Be Doing

    As Manager, Neonatal Sales, you will drive extended growth opportunities across your territory, resulting in new revenue streams, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and capitalize on new markets and business opportunities within your territory
    • Lead regional market research efforts to identify market trends and understand customer needs
    • Cultivate and manage relationships with potential clients, partners, and distributors to secure strategic partnerships
    • Prepare RFPs, business presentations, and other materials to support business development activities
    • Negotiate contracts with partners and potential clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company
    • Track the success of business development initiatives through measurable KPIs and report regularly to senior management
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other key stakeholders to align strategies and achieve company goals
    • Oversee forecasting and planning activities aligned with the company's broader business development strategy

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    We're seeking a driven, relationship-focused business development professional who enjoys building new markets from the ground up and thrives in a consultative, strategic selling environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible management experience in business administration, sales, and sales management (domestic)
    • BA, MBA, or equivalent work experience leading complex businesses
    • Strong track record of success in business development, with experience in lead generation and market research
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with stakeholders, distributors, and potential clients
    • Strong market analysis, data collection, ROI, and presentation skills — able to identify and communicate opportunities through complex information
    • Existing hospital, physician, or healthcare industry relationships strongly preferred; NICU/neonatal or point-of-care diagnostics experience a plus
    • Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable operating with significant autonomy

    Preferred Locations

    Candidates should be located within the Midwestern U.S.,

    Additional states within the territory may be considered for highly qualified candidates.

    Travel Requirements

    • Domestic: ~50% of work time
    • International: ~25% of work time
