Job Summary:
The Manager in Training (MIT) program is designed to develop future Retail Sales Managers at True Legacy Homes. As an MIT, you will gain hands-on experience in estate sales operations, team management, and customer service. Under the guidance of a Retail Sales Manager, you will learn how to lead a team, drive sales, and create a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Upon successful completion of the MIT program, you will have the opportunity to advance into a Retail Sales Manager role, where you will lead your own sales team.
