WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Manager in Training, you will learn all aspects of running a successful automotive service center, including:
  • Customer service and relationship building
  • Sales and performance management
  • Team leadership and employee development
  • Scheduling and shop workflow
  • Following and executing company processes
  • Inspecting vehicles and communicating recommendations to customers
  • Managing daily sales and car-count goals
  • Creating a positive, team-oriented shop environment
  • Learning how to recruit, train, coach, and develop employees
  • Working toward becoming a Midas Store Manager
