2–4 years of public accounting experience at a Big 4 firm (PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG).
Corporate GL Experience: Proven track record as an Accounting Manager managing general ledger operations, OR a high-performing Senior Accountant with demonstrated readiness to step into a manager role.
Direct experience reviewing journal entries, month-end close workflows, and balance sheet reconciliations prepared by direct reports or junior staff.
Hands-on experience with global consolidations, multi-currency accounting, and intercompany eliminations.
Experience performing and explaining multi-entity flux variance analysis.
Solid exposure to SOX compliance and managing external financial audits (including international entity audits).

Familiarity with or ability to leverage modern AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to drive efficiency in key accounting tasks.
Excellent communication and cross-functional project management skills.
Industry experience in a fast-growing SaaS or tech company.
Direct proficiency with NetSuite (or similar multi-entity ERPs).
Experience with close management platforms like FloQast.
