This is a hybrid position based out of the King of Prussia office, with in-office collaboration days scheduled on a team cadence. The firm offers structured mentorship, a defined path to senior consultant and manager roles, and exposure to cross-industry client work from day one.

  • 4 or more years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or operations
  • Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop clear, evidence-based recommendations
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and executive-level deliverables
  • Experience managing project timelines and coordinating across cross-functional teams
