Job Description Summary
The Major Correctives Technical Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating technical training programs and field capability initiatives for North America teams performing major component upgrades and blade repair operations. This role supports the safe, compliant, and effective execution of complex corrective work scopes by ensuring field personnel have the technical knowledge, practical skills, and execution readiness required to perform work to standard.
This role serves as a key technical resource supporting workforce capability across Major Correctives operations. The specialist will partner closely with operations leaders, field leaders, technical experts, EHS, and training stakeholders to identify skill gaps, build structured learning plans, improve technical consistency, and strengthen field execution readiness. The role requires strong technical credibility, instructional capability, and the ability to translate field requirements into practical training and evaluation methods.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on wind field experience in major component exchange, component upgrades, blade repair, or related corrective services work, along with demonstrated capability in technical instruction, training development, and workforce assessment.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $104,200.00 and $173,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
