Pay Range: $23.76hr - $28.76hr
Job Overview:
The candidate will organize and validate incoming work orders, maintain accurate inventory levels within ERP systems, and assist warehouse and operations teams with troubleshooting production and transactional issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize and validate incoming work orders and reporting through SAP.
- Ability to create and manage pick tickets, cycle count sheets, and standard reports (KPIs).
- Responsible for auditing, correcting, and maintaining proper inventory levels in SAP.
- Troubleshoot production orders, receiving, inventory discrepancies, and other transactional issues.
- Assist operations and warehouse teams with order issues, product returns, and nonconforming products.
- Determine root cause of order/transactions and assist in development of process improvement plans.
- Provide daily response to any front-line escalations; either solve or escalate further to MRP or others for support.
- Conduct daily audits of bulk material.
- Perform job audits from start to completion.
- Manage labeling of job material.
- Assist in the return to stock process.
- Work with the warehouse for any issues with picks.
- Attend turnovers, L1, and L2 meetings.
- Assist in physical inventory and cycle count preparation.
- Assist in locating lost material.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong background in ERP Systems (e.g. SAP Powermax) with required knowledge of materials distribution and/or logistics processes, methods, and skills related to inventory and materials management.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Strong transactional knowledge with troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong data entry and computer skills (Excel, Word, Office, etc.).
- Ability to develop strong product knowledge.
