    Pay: $30–$45/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
    Shifts Available: 12-hour days and nights

    • Days: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

    Pay Structure & Maintenance Levels

    Maintenance Technician II – M2$35–$39/hourM1 qualifications plus PLC/CNC troubleshooting and repair experience
    Maintenance Technician III – M3$40–$45/hourM1 and M2 qualifications plus comprehensive knowledge of equipment and processes across all plant areas

    Placement within each pay band depends on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated technical proficiency.

    What You’ll Do

    • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime and support safe, efficient operations.

    • Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostic checks, and emergency repairs.

    • Maintain equipment such as presses, furnaces, ovens, welding machines, conveyors, fans, motors, pumps, and inspection systems.

    • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

    • Troubleshoot PLC-controlled and CNC equipment according to your maintenance level.

    • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders.

    • Identify root causes of equipment failures and repair or replace worn or defective components.

    • Support equipment moves, installations, plant projects, and continuous improvement activities.

    • Document completed work and communicate equipment status with maintenance and production teams.

    • Follow lockout/tagout, housekeeping, and other required safety procedures.

    What We’re Looking For

    • High school diploma or GED and a two-year technical degree in mechatronics or a related maintenance field.

    • Industrial maintenance experience appropriate to the position level:

      • Level I: Typically 1–2 years

      • Level II: Typically 3–4 years

      • Level III: Typically 4–5 years, with advanced troubleshooting skills

    • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and AC/DC electrical circuits, including three-phase power up to 480 volts.

    • Experience using maintenance tools, meters, and measuring instruments.

    • For higher levels, experience diagnosing PLC/CNC equipment; familiarity with Fanuc, Siemens, Omron, or Allen-Bradley systems is valuable.

    • For Level III, advanced repair skills involving precision components, robotics, spindles, actuators, and part-handling systems.

    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

    • Ability to work in a heavy industrial environment, lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation, and work at heights or in confined spaces using required safety procedures.

    • Willingness to support overtime and plant shutdown projects as needed.
