- Shift: 3rd11:00 PM-7:30 AM(occasional weekends required)
- Pay Rate: $36.84 (DOE)

What You’ll Do
As a Paint Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping production running efficiently and safely. You will:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on paint lines and auxiliary equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Maintain and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and reduce downtime
- Plan and execute scheduled maintenance on machinery and facility systems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment optimization
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and spare parts inventory
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with HSE and safety standards
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues
What You Need
We’re looking for a hands-on technician who can hit the ground running:
- Technician certification or strong experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, or pneumatics
- At least 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience with large production equipment and automated systems
- Knowledge of robotics and paint application processes is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills for tracking and documentation
- Ability to work independently on an overnight shift
