Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery and equipment. This role will troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical systems and help ensure equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, hands-on industrial maintenance experience, and the ability to troubleshoot a wide range of plant equipment. This is a long-term opportunity for an individual interested in professional development and career growth.

·         Perform preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.

·         Assemble, install, align, maintain, repair, troubleshoot, inspect, and dismantle machinery and equipment.

·         Troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical equipment and processes.

·         Service and maintain:

o    Motors and prime movers

o    PLCs and programmable controllers

o    Shafts, couplings, and seals

o    Chains and belt-drive systems

o    Gear systems

o    Pneumatic and vacuum systems

o    Lubrication and cooling systems

·         Perform equipment inspections and identify potential maintenance issues.

·         Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and machine drawings.

·         Follow manufacturer maintenance manuals and equipment specifications.

·         Perform rigging, hoisting, and fitting activities as required.

·         Develop and implement maintenance work schedules.

·         Maintain equipment to support reliable and efficient plant operations.

·         Follow applicable health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

·         Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.
