Maintenance Technician - Twinsburg, OH - JOB 26-00692

Pay Range:
$33.00 - $37.00/HR Full-time Permanent Position with Benefits
1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm (Monday – Friday)

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day facility and production maintenance, ensuring all industrial equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Equipment Repair amp; Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot single- and three-phase systems (120V, 220V, 240V, and 480V), including motors, drives, PLCs, control panels, and industrial control systems.
  • Read and interpret PLC ladder logic to identify root causes and resolve operational faults.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and building infrastructure (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, compressed air, loading docks, and conveyors).
  • Read and analyze electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and blueprints.
  • Maintain spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies; coordinate with Purchasing to reorder items and manage stock levels.
  • Partner with Production, Quality, Safety, and Engineering teams, as well as third-party contractors for specialized repairs.
  • Enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE, OSHA standards, and 5S housekeeping practices
  • Keep detailed maintenance records, work orders, and safety inspection logs.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent. Experience: 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment. 5+ years of combined electrical and mechanical maintenance experience.
  • Proficient with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and industrial controls. Deep understanding of 480V 3-phase electrical troubleshooting and distribution.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and blueprints.
