Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the daily operation, upkeep, and maintenance of a residential property in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for maintaining building systems, completing repairs, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for residents and guests.

The ideal Maintenance Technician has strong drywall and painting skills, experience with building maintenance systems, and a customer-focused approach to service.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous apartment, hotel, residential, or commercial building maintenance experience preferred
Strong drywall repair, patching, finishing, texture matching, and interior painting skills REQUIRED
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Ability to participate in on-call and emergency maintenance rotations
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
Perform drywall repairs, patching, finishing, texture matching, and painting
Inspect and maintain building systems including roofs, sump pumps, and exhaust fans
Support and perform preventative maintenance programs
Respond to after-hours emergencies and maintenance calls as required
Replace air filters and perform routine maintenance tasks
Complete basic plumbing repairs including sinks, toilets, disposals, valves, and water lines
Perform minor electrical repairs including outlets, breakers, switches, and lighting fixtures
Assist with HVAC and mechanical system maintenance
Maintain pool equipment and related systems as needed
Perform general building repairs and property upkeep
Follow all company safety procedures and property standards
Clean work areas and ensure quality completion of all repairs
Preferred Qualifications
Apartment maintenance experience
HVAC certification or maintenance training
Pool maintenance experience
Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and property management systems
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights safely
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the shift
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Work Environment
Residential and commercial property environment
Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Exposure to maintenance tools, equipment, cleaning chemicals, and building systems
On-call responsibilities for emergency maintenance situations
