Maintenance Technician

Position Summary
Seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild production equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role supports safe, efficient operations through preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and continuous production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment overhauls.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and welding-related issues.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work orders, and technical manuals.
- Conduct equipment inspections and maintain production tooling and parts inventory.
- Complete maintenance records and utilize computer systems for reporting and documentation.
- Train and support operators and maintenance personnel as needed.
- Follow all safety, environmental, quality, and SOP requirements.
- Support production operations, including shift handoffs and overtime/on-call coverage when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems.
- Forklift, crane, and hoist certification preferred
