Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will inspect, adjust, repair, and replace worn or defective parts on weaving machines and related equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We Offer:

• Pay of $19.97-$22.62 per hour based on experience
• Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Temp-to-hire position

What Were Looking For:

• Previous mechanical, maintenance, machine repair, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions

What Youll Do as a Maintenance Technician:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair weaving machines and auxiliary equipment
• Set machines according to established specifications and ensure proper operation
• Disassemble and reassemble weaving machines as needed
• Replace worn or damaged machine parts
• Perform routine maintenance and daily team maintenance activities
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Perform safety checks and follow all plant safety procedures
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete required documentation
• Follow proper lockout/tagout procedures when performing maintenance
• Work safely around moving machinery and powered industrial equipment
