Firehouse Subs is looking for a reliable, self-motivated Maintenance Technician to support multiple restaurant locations. This role is critical in keeping our restaurants operating safely, efficiently, and at the highest standards for our guests and team members.

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance across multiple restaurant locations
- Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, refrigeration units, ice machines, and beverage systems
- Complete general facility repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, minor carpentry)
- Respond to urgent maintenance issues quickly to minimize operational downtime
- Conduct regular inspections to identify repair needs and safety concerns
- Maintain and service critical systems such as walk-ins, exhaust hoods, and HVAC units
- Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs when needed
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work, service logs, and parts inventory
- Assist with store remodels, new equipment installs, and small improvement projects
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and company expectations
